６／２５（土）の夜間練習報告
本日は夜間練習お疲れ様でした。
梅雨入りしているはずなのに全く梅雨らしくない好天で、
暑い中での練習となりましたが、それでも１４名の皆さんの
参加があり、しっかり練習できましたね。
明日は試合ですが、日中の多摩川ということで、今日の
夜間練習よりもさらに暑くなることが予想されます。
水分補給をこまめに取り熱中症にならないように注意
しましょう！
今日は、五所塚にある妙楽寺（あじさい寺）に行って来ました。
自転車で行くには坂がキツかったですが、いいダイエットに
なりました。
こうも暑いとちょっと雨が恋しいですねぇ。
明日も頑張りましょう！
